 | When will the next training session take place?Appointments are made in compliance with your wishes. Should you already have a desired date in mind we would ask you to contact us as early as possible. Of course we will try to accommodate your wishes on short notice if at all possible. |
 | Where will training sessions take place?Where you want them to take place. There are many reasons for training at your place, and as many to visit us or one of our partners. All that is required is an adequate room. With a larger group there should be an opportunity to use a data projector or a large-format screen (which we can also provide). |
What are the different kinds of training, how long do they last, and what previous knowledge is required?
Beginner's training
This provides the required knowledge of the VisiWin functions. From the link with the PLC through the creation of screen pages to the allocation of rights in the user administration everything is explained and exemplified.
Duration: Depending on previous knowledge 2 days are required. Of course you can also arrange an individual duration or a split into several appointments.
Requirements: A VisiWinNET Smart training only requires the knowledge that you need for your job, anyway. Participants of a VisiWinNET Professional training should have basic knowledge of Visual Basic .NET oder C#.
Project-related beginner's training
The project-related beginner's training contains the standard beginner's training, and in addition deals with the specifics of the project at issue.
Duration: The duration as well as the topics should be arranged with our training specialists.
Requirements: as with the standard beginner's training.
VisiWin 7
Currently we are still overseeing VisiWin 7 projects very closely. Normally we even contribute.
Duration: depending on the project.
Requirements: You should have knowledge of .NET, WPF und Expression Blend.
The controls training
This specialized training is meant for users with knowledge of .NET programming who want to develop own .NET control elements with VisiWinNET Professional. It is possible to upgrade VisiWinNET with own control elements. With VisiWinNET Smart we call this kit. Build your own corporate visualization, saving projection time, and avoiding mistakes. We will show you how. This training session will provide knowledge on linking with VisiWin as well as .NET skills in dealing with controls and their comfortable use.
Duration: 3 days
Requirements: Knowledge in dealing with Visual Studio and .NET programming.
The driver training
The creation of drivers is our day-to-day business and there are many ready-made linking options. However, from time to time customers may want to link own devices with own protocols. For this purpose there is a toolkit that we provide in a package with a training session.
Duration: 1 day
Requirements: Knowledge in dealing with Visual Studio and .NET programming.
 | How many customers to take part in a training session?Every training session is tailored to the individual customer. Therefore, only the persons you want to take part will participate. We will listen to your questions and wishes, and adapt the training topics accordingly. |
 | I will soon come up with my first project. Can the particular requirements be addressed in the training session?We will be glad to. There is no better way than to work out solutions to a live project together. Basics as well as specific requirements will be dealt with in a way that will prepare you to tackle the job with a ready concept at hand. |
 | Can I bring my laptop or even a PLC?Of course. Bring everything you want to connect or use. (No truck ramp, forklift truck or freight elevator facilities are available, though...) A computer is not necessarily required during the training session, but of course helpful. All sample projects developed during the training session will be handed over so that you can go over the individual topics again, and even use the samples in your application. |
 | I do not have any previous experience with high-level languages. Is there a training course for C# or Visual Basic?There are many specialized companies who provide such training courses on a commendable level. We focus on WisiWin, and provide related training courses. We do not normally offer plain programming training. Of course our developers and training specialists all command these languages, and can during training sessions or the the creation of applications answer any questions comprehensively. |
 | Will I receive a certificate as proof of participation?Every participant of a training session will on demand be issued with a training certificate. |
